When we made the decision to cancel the party, we reached out to all customers who booked the package to let them know so that they could make other plans. However, due to the specific nature of this reservation (made for 2 nights, not booked as a package, and booked through 3rd party), we had no way of knowing that this guest was coming for the NYE party. As such, we did not contact the guest prior to their arrival on the 30th. By rule, a third party booking is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
