I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The Business in this case (Aloft hotel) did refund the wrong charges, so the case should say that the consumer is satisfied

I am writing to confirm I have been in contact with [redacted] regarding her billing complaint [redacted] and we have issued a refund of $150.07. The desired settlement of $180.07 was the amount authorized at time of check-in (included package charge + $50 deposit for prospective incidentals)....
