Thank you for taking the time to speak with me yesterday Per our conversation, I was writing to let you know that 1) this customer was not my customer, I only refered them to the company that actually did the work and that 2) to the best of my knowledge, the issue was resolved yesterday morning The owner of the other company personally went out and replaced/ repaired the equipment in question
