little later at 9:30PM because of the storm weather that evening. We gave her a courtesy call at 8:30PM to let her know that we were running late and she understood that. When we arrived in her driveway at 9:30PM the rain was even worse so we called her back on her cell phone. At that time she was still planning on us to be outside to dance our show outside of a small tent she had. We could definitely see what was going on in her backyard and everyone was under a small tent or inside the house. We were on the phone with her the entire time in her driveway having this conversation. At anytime she could of came out and we could have talked with her face to face, but know one wanted to be outside in the rain. Anyway, [redacted] had told the dancers when we arrived (over the phone) that I personally said it would be okay that they could dance in the rain, I never ever said that, in fact I said the opposite. That just totally doesn't make any sense. We have a contract with [redacted] that i'm open to sharing with Revdex.com that states we cannot be exposed to the rain conditions for the dancers show. We have expensive costuming that cannot get wet, and we are barefoot Hawaiian performers. We also informed her of this prior to the performance and as I had volunteered per our contract agreement. We offered to her in the driveway only to perform our show inside her house so we could come through the front door and she refused to do that because of how much space she claimed she had inside her house. This client was very demanding that we be outside and she was difficult for us to work with. She made it very uncomfortable for us, even swearing at us over the phone. We just didn't know what to do for her. She canceled with us that evening because she couldn't accommodate us and I agreed to allow her a $55 credit of her $120 deposit to go towards a fire dancer show for a later date. I informed her I had to still pay the dancers for coming out and for her cancelation. She agreed at that time and now later disagreed. We were always honest and upfront with her about everything, I just don't understand why NOW she is complaining about a problem that happened back in June and we really tried to work something out for her. I'm still even open to work something out for her even after the big mess of a problem she gave us.
