Review: I had a pair of pants shortened. Too much fabric was removed and the pants are to short,about 3".Brand new 125.00 $ pants totally ruined. The manager denise any wrong doing and that he can't do anything about it.The cleaner advertise for alterations. Deeply disappointed. Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: Reimbursement for the cost of the pants and the service.
