[redacted] Aloha ***, Could not find a way to respond to Revdex.com's email message to me (with merchant's response) regarding the complaint above - thus my telephone call to youAlthough it's not true (Alex claim) my telephone messaging was full has never been full, it is true that as a result of your (Revdex.com) inquiry to Alex, owner of Aloha Clock Repair resulted (finally) in his returning my call for a status on my clock (an heirloom) and finishing the repair [had returned it once shortly after he worked on it first time]So, I am satisfied with Alex and his work and final communication and I THANK YOU for helping to break the communication and warrantee repair loose on my clock!! You guys/girls are great - much MahaloNote: I will probably do business with Alex at Aloha Clock Repair again I'll just emphasize he return my phone calls with a status :) Communication is the elixir of life!!!
