Aloha Hawaii Tours

I have been convinced that ALOHA Tours and Travel via Zoom call for prices for Hotel and Car almost 1/3 compare to other renouned Travel sites. So 1000 dollar membership price would be worth even if travel 3 times. After I purchased when I search for next travel plan, I see Car rental is almost double compare to other free travel site ( example for 2 days car rental at *** Aloha is asking $365.57 more than double compare to ***.com prices only $149.72 on the exact same itinerar or Enterprise $267) and Hotel booking is atleast more than 50 bucks (Aloha asking 201 dollar which is more compare to Trip.com prices only 149 dollar on the exac same hotel on same date booking). As soon as I figured out on same very day paid costly 1000 dollar, ask for cancellation. They accepted the high price but said value guaranteed that mean they do price match but not in terms of reward points so you can not get rid of ALOHA. that means I need to buy 365 dollar for Car rental then price difference 165 with 10% extra would be added as rewards point which means I need pay my credit card bill double for 365 which I could easily escape if not ALOHA. Secondly after paying hefty 1000 bucks for membership this ridiculous price match does not make any sense specially after advertising of 1/3 price guarantee. It is not like all customer to has to go for high price hotel or long vacations. if ALOHA does not able to meet the criteria, they should cancel and refund the 1000 dollars. I just feel this is kind of fraudulent attempt to attract customer and ripped off hard earned money
