Aloha Hawaiian Flowers and Gifts LLC

I ordered 2 flower leis from this company on 11/21/16 and it says on their website it will ship anywhere in the US within 2 business days. I had an event I needed them for on 11/26/16 so I said to have it delivered by 11/25/16 and they have the option available to cancel the order if not possible by my date which I DID select. Friday came and I called and emailed the company asking would I be getting my order seeing as how they never gave me a tracking number. I got no returned calls only an email from someone at the company saying that Fedex lost the package. I asked the man over and over for a tracking number which 3 emails later he eventually gave to me. The tracking # was connected to nothing when I called Fedex personally. The man also asked in email if I wanted to be refunded for my order bc it wasn't going to make it to which I replied yes. I have since emailed again with no response called 3 times with no response and I have not been refunded my $98.70 I spent for the flowers I never received and it is 12/8/16. When I tried to write out the whole issue again via email they email address from their website says it cannot deliver the email and then I tried to send it directly to the personal email account that contacted me and it says it cannot be delivered either. At this point I feel like I was scammed and this company has zero intentions of refunding me for my order I never received.
