Aloha Inn

This motel may have health issues as I'm not sure the sheets or towels were even clean. If the linens are washed it looks like the towels are washed in cold water with no bleach as the old stains are still there. The sheets were so wrinkled and dirty looking that we went and bought a bottle of Lysol so we could dis-infect. The office has such a strong pet odor that it makes it difficult to think straight as all I could think about was the stench!!On another note the room is not as advertised on line. The wifi was broke and nobody will come out on Sunday so I was unable to use my computer. No coffee pot or coffee either even though the woman at desk offered to loan me one of hers. (I turned it down because it was her personal one and I have no idea what kind of housekeeper she is.) The "non-smoking" room smelled like smoke and I could smell cigarettes off and on all night. Ice machine not working. The soap was small and rough with no suds so we had to go purchase a bar for our use. No hanger for clothes, no luggage rack, no guide for TV so we had to step through channels one at time to see what was on. With no wifi I was unable to search gas prices as I usually do and ended up paying 25 cents a gallon more that I would have if I could have looked on line for prices. With all the things wrong, I felt we should have been offered a discount or a complete refund so we could go somewhere else but nothing was offered. Please put this information on line so that nobody else will stay there and have this horrible experience!!Desired SettlementI feel we should get a complete refund as it is not as online and not clean.
