This company as a whole is outstanding The owner, the salesperson I had, the crews and the delivery company were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, dedicated to their work and completed the roofing job on my house without any delay The salesman, Tracey *** and the owner took special care and extra time to insure that the roofing job was perfect and that all the damage was clearly marked for the insurance adjuster to inspect, because of the special attention to the details the roof job was approved and covered All of my concerns were put to rest and my questions answered immediately because they have been doing this work for so many yearsThe crews worked non-stop for 1/days from the start of the job to the finished job They cleaned up the area before they left on the first day and again when the job was completed (they did not consider it finished until they cleaned the yards, driveways and my gutters of debris They repaired damage in the interior of my home caused by the leaks This work required a professional painter who they use for these jobs, and I was very happy with his work alsoIt is perfect!

Having experienced incredibly irrational behavior and incompetent workmanship by roofing companies as an insurance adjuster I am compelled to write this letter to express my overwhelming satisfaction with Mac’s Roofing After a recent fire at my home, I requested that the general contractor sub out the roofing portion of the work to Mac’s RoofingThe contractor was particularly impressed that the work was completed in record time which allowed him to move up the next phase of the reconstructionI salute you for a job well done and in record time Even the neighbors were awed with the beauty of the new roof, speed with which it was replaced and the cleanliness of the work area upon completion They all wanted the name of the roofer as the job was done “lickidy split.”
