I tried to talk to their customer service but [redacted] was acting rude and unreasonable, that's why I said "Let it go", because he is unreasonable person and unable to talk with. Their housemaid is dishonest about her working hours that is a fact! She arrived late and left earlier than she reported, I provided evidence! And the service provided is unprofessional! As referral agents and billed their customers directly, Aloha shall has responsible for it.

Review: I ordered a move-in cleaning service for April 10th from Aloha Maids. Before my order I checked its reviews on [redacted] to make sure if I found the right one. But I am not only so disappointed by its cleaning service but also its customer service. The estimated cost I was given was $33/hr, $99 to $165 in total for a two bedroom with one and half bathroom, 1500sf house. It sounds reasonable because the maid I used for over 12 years spent 4 to 4.5 hours to clean once a week. Unfortunately she was in a two week vacation that is why I need a temporary service. Aloha Maids emailed me on 4/9 to confirm its maid will arrive between 11:30am to 12:30pm on 4/10, but the maid shows after 1pm, I had my phone call record shows her arrival time because I called Aloha a few times to check, and I also called the maid to let her have my phone number before I left with my husband. Two hours later I came back and started to check her work, I had to re-clean the refrigerator in front of her, taught her how to clean kitchen counter tiles by using bleach powder. She only used a diluted vinegar to spray and wipe everything. After she left I found that she even didn't clean the two toilet bowls! I was so frustrated but I decided to let it go, it is a one time service anyway. A few days later, I found I was charged $165 plus $50 for 6.5hr service! I clearly remember that the maid left when the day was still light because I thought it's good for her to drive down hills at that time. Our sunset was done on 7:20pm that can be confirmed online for city sunset history record. How could it to be 7:30pm! My husband remembered that he returned home between 5:30pm to 6:00pm, she left around 6:20pm after he finished a call. So I called Aloha Customer Service and I felt I've been cheated. [redacted] answered my complain and he was rude and assumed I wasn't honest about working hours and their provided service. The maid I used for 12 years, besides cleaning she also completes laundry within 4 to 4.5hrs!Desired Settlement: I want an official apologize from Aloha Maids about it customer service from [redacted] Chambers and I want to refund of the $50 extra charge. If their maids need more than 4.5 hours to finish such a small house, they need provide more professional service. BTW that house was cleaned only 5 days before their maid did!
