I purchased my car in July of I never received payment information from the company even though I did receive my plate etcI tried calling for the past months and even had the loan company attempt to contact Price Leblanc to get this information to no availEvery time I called Price Leblanc I would get an, "I'll call you back shortly." or an "Let me transfer you." and no one would answerI finally received a call today from a person in their financial department stating that, "Your information fell through the cracks." Well, this would have never happened if your business would actually return my calls, sirPoint being they made be put a payment of almost $today because it's the only way Price could send my information to Toyota Motor CreditI had to come out of pocket all at once for a mistake their business madeA mistake I've been trying to contact them about since the first of August I am very dissatisfied with this company and regret doing business with themI've never had a dealership act so careless and nonchalant with their customerI should have known it was a bad idea when I had to sit for two hours (with an appointment mind you) after making it there at am and driving an hour and a half to see the car to begin withLesson learnedYou guys can do better
