The latest issue is they came and looked at our pool weeks ago in June because there is sand in our pool They verified that there is a problem with the pump and a part would have to be ordered to fix it The person they came to look at the pool said he would let us know when the part was ordered and when it came in and get it fixed We have heard nothing from them since that day This is not the first issue we have had with service from them since having the pool installed in June We had to fill the pool up a total of times which is expensive on the water bill due to several issues in the installation including leaks, wrinkles and poor assembly Numerous times we adjusted our work schedules to be home so they could come work on the issues and no one showed up or it was almost dark when they showed up and when they did show up they didn't have all the parts to do the job There is also a tear in the liner we were unaware of that we can't rule out happen during all this
