Aloha Pools & Spas Reviews (6)

We allowed $off of the total pool price and the damages incurred such as the pipes were in the center of the pool Aloha Had a dig rite number and the pipes were not marked and the homeowner was not aware of the pipes at the time, however Aloha cannot be held responsible for things under ground if they were not told about them If you refer to Letter Cof the contract that the homeowner signed you will see that Aloha is not responsible for "damage to grass, lawns, shrubbery, trees, walks, driveways or patiosAlso in letter Bof the contract that the homeowner signed it states clearly "Should Contractor meet any underground pipes or wiring such as water, gas, sewers; cesspools, septic tanks, leaching fields, electrical or telephone the Owner agrees to pay cost(s) of rerouting same and all other damage incurred due to such conditions plus fifteen percent (15%) thereof

We have given an allowance for them to make the repairEven though it states in our contract under letter C, we are not responsible for damage to driveways or patios

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: That allowance was for the $1,of grass that was
destroyed by them leaving dirt piles all around and never picking them up and then the concrete that was left on the grass and never picked up and the concrete steps that were never completed by the concrete contractor and for other damages by this company and did not include the damage to the driveway or to the water pipes they broke during construction that were never repaired also
Sincerely,
*** ***

Per the contract, the pool has been completed since August 24, 2015 but final payment has not been received. We also provided free...

service visits on October 10th and October 14th to resolve any remaining issues.
All invoices were sent to the address Mr. [redacted] provided on contract signing. If Mr. [redacted] had requested an additional copy because the others were not received, we would have also emailed or faxed it on request.
The only time we reached out to Mrs. [redacted] at her work was on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 and we were not able to reach her. No personal information, including request for payment, was discussed with her secretary. We only attempted contact after Mr. [redacted] stopped returning our phone calls.
In response to damage done at the property, we do not believe we caused any damage with exception of the siding, but we have offered to deduct the damages from the final bill in the amount of $500 or to cover the full cost of any repair done by an outside company. We still have not received an estimate from Mr. [redacted].
As of today, per the contract signed, we have repossessed the detachable items including the slide, diving board, cover, and pump. We are more then willing to reinstall these items upon receipt of final payment plus an additional $500.
In addition, the owner, [redacted] would like to apologize to Mr. [redacted] if he came off as rude or offensive while discussing the matter. That was not his intention and we value all of our customers and strive to provide the best customer service possible.
Thanks,
[redacted]

We have given an allowance for them to make the repair. Even though it states in our contract under letter C, we are not responsible for damage to driveways or patios.
