Aloha, The customer mention that this purchased was made on Aug 15,Unfortunately it's been months and weeks since her purchased, therefore we cannot offer her refundWe also have a days no refund, exchanges only policy which is printed on each receipt and signage displayed in the store. In regards of the sexual complaintWe take the friend of Ms*** allegation seriouslyWE are not aware of any of these incident until this complaint butThis specific issue does not have anything to do with our company as mention "if" the said representation is contacting Ms*** on late hours or texting her for any reason is purely on his own time, his personal action and does not have anything to do with our companyWe do not have control on what employee does on their personal lives on their personal timeWith what said and claimed to be happen on the parking lotIF that incident did happen still the employee was out from our store and out from the building, Ms*** should have reported it to us at that time and we would have been able to determine if such conduct or this allegation did happen. Also security guards and police are available in the area for that matter to assist usBut no report was madeUnfortunately we cannot assist Ms*** on her personal matter against the said representative PaoloThe sales representative mention name "Paolo", also no longer work with usPlease keep in mind that any personal action of such individual on their own personal time and life do not represent nor reflect our companyAny step of action Ms*** would like to take against our former employee for their personal issue is really up to her hands and we neither can control both parties. We wish Ms*** all the best

Aloha, Our products are properly labeled including instructions on how to use each products and warningsCustomer are explain and demonstrate on how to use our Facial devices prior to purchasingOur facial devices are approved by FDAUsing any facial devices or facial products without
following the instructions always has riskWhich why all our products are properly labeled with how to use including warnings like all any productsCustomer are never forced to purchase our productsAs the customer stated, she is aware of the return policy when she made the following purchases on Jan 2018, February 2, and February 21, Also as the customer stated, despite of our return policy the store manager gave her a refund of $to which the customer accepted and then was offered a free facial but she declinedOur store manager tried the best to give the customer satisfaction but the customer continued to be unsatisfied. There was no point of interaction error, all transaction was processed in accordance with the operating rules and regulationsWe as of today are aware that the Customer has all products in their possessionUnfortunately we cannot offer the customer another refund but, we are more than happy to EXCHANGE or REPLACE any items purchased. Attaching pictures of the one receipt she gotShe only got a receipt for the checkThere were two credit card charges and there was no receipt for thatAlso she was unaware how much she was charged until just checking her her accounts to file this complaint
