From: J[redacted] [mailto:[redacted]@gmail.com] Sent: Tuesday, August 11, 2015 3:18 PM To: [redacted] Subject: id # [redacted] Aloha Mick, I received this letter from you, which completely made no sense to me because the issue was resolved back in June. I spoke with Mr. Rich W[redacted]...
via telephone and email, which I agreed to refund his money. He sent me a copy of the Release Of Liability letter to sign. I sent it to my attorney to look at, and he wanted Mr. Rich W[redacted] to get the letter notarized, which he did and sent back to me. It was postmarked in Nevada on 8/6/15, and I just received the certified envelope. I emailed Mr. Rich W[redacted] and his attorney on July 1 , 2015 and told him I needed the papers notarized for legal reasons. So, why he called the Revdex.com to report this matter is way beyond me. We settled, and it was a done deal, I thought. I have proof with the emails that went to Mr. W[redacted] and his attorney for conformation. I have the dated certified envelope, which was mailed to me on 8-6-2015 from Nevada. What would you like me to do, my friend? Jamie D[redacted]- President/CEO
