I purchase from Aloha Tropicals many many times and have always received top quality plants, yes they have substiuted sometimes but for the better and it also say's on there website that it may if not available. I;ve never had any problem with them except answering the phone, however when they did call back they told me that they were out in the field and the the business line is a land line. I really love there wide variety , largest around in one place.

Review: Communication was incredibly slow. They never sent instructions and they sent poor quality plants. One had no roots at all and is now dead. They sent me a substitute plant and never got my approval and never sent me plants I ordered and I never received a order form of what I received. Terrible customer service. And when I complained they said I was at fault as I changed my mind. I never heard of the fault being the customer for changing their mind.Desired Settlement: Plants I ordered and good quality and a sales slip which I have never received and an apology.

I bought (1) Lansium domesticum tree $28.95 and (1) Spatholottis plicata $13.95 on # Sep 2015, invoice #7**SSN**4 $42.90:shipping $13.95 (10-14 days) tax:$3.54 Total: $60.39. As of now 8 Oct 2015 I have not received any calls, actions, of my orders. I called several times but they don't take phones and I sent emails too. All I want is to find out what's going on my order. Thank you.

aloha! It says on the website that sometimes my be out of stock so please be patient. You were refunded as well.

Review: On Sunday, April 26, 2015 2:11 PM I purchased 2 red jade vines for the amount of $59.90 and $16.95 for shipping. The total amount was $76.85. The plants were supposed to be delivered within 10-14 days. It has now been almost a month and a half and no one will respond to my phone calls or emails. No one ever answers the phone. I have asked them now to refund me at least 3-4 times.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like to have my payment refunding including the shipping.

Ordered a plant, was charged, invoiced but never received product. Left voice messages, sent emails no response. I am now having to file a claim with my bank. Avoid this business like the plague.

Review: I purchased $211.32 worth of plants online from this company.The plants arrived at my home in poor condition, and did not survive. I was told by mr [redacted] that I waited to long to contact them about this problem and that he would not be able to help me with the replacement of these plants. I do not have money to waste. I don't have the plants and I don't have money to purchase any more plants. I feel that a replacement should occur when plants do not survive.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to replace the plants that didn't survive.
