I had used Window World for a house I owned in with great resultsI recently sold that house and moved into a new one (early 2016) that needed new windows and went with Window World since I had a nice experience with them previouslyUgh, big mistakeThe actual windows themselves are fine, but the service was so horrible it would have been comical if I didn't have to deal with the results and the continual follow up in an attempt to fix my issuesFirst off the sales person made a mistake on the order and I ended up with only one privacy frosted window when I actually ordered two privacy frosted windowsI tried to remedy this issue, but really I didn't want them to remove the clear window and install a frosted window because they had caused property damage with other windows and I didn't want to risk more damageAlso the company refused to acknowledge the mistake, they explained to me how I had "changed my mind" or maybe my husband changed the order (I'm not married, I was the only one dealing with the company, and my name was the only name on the documents)I also didn't want to wait another weeks to have a new window manufactured and invite not so great characters into my home for yet another uncomfortable installationThere were two guys that came to remove/install the windows, one guy was okay but missing most of the day because he was at home improvement stores looking for tiles to replace the ones that were broken when removing my old patio door to install the new oneThe other guy was swearing and yelling and just generally making comments about how unhappy he was about doing this work - how uncomfortable and potentially dangerous! When I brought this up to manager he said that he knows the guys on my job and they never use that kind of language, but he's not saying he doesn't believe meSureI'm not even sure they know who they send out on the jobs anyway because my form had whiteout over the installer's name with a name written over it, but that name wasn't the name of either of the guys that were there! As soon as they had left after the installation I knew I would need to call someone to come back because the caulking was done in a rush and had huge gaps that should have been filledI didn't feel comfortable bringing it up at the time because the one guy seemed so angry and potentially dangerousWhen I called and asked for someone different to be sent out to the caulking (and air my other complaints), they did not seem to think any of my issues were valid, did not provide me with solutions, and they sent the same guy from the installationEven the second time around the guy still missed spots in the caulking and was in an incredible hurryIt's hard to get anything done when the company just doesn't want to acknowledge any issuesHopefully I don't have to use the life-time warranty for any reason, I can only imagine they fight I'd have to go through to get warranty service
My husband and I recently decided to purchase new windows for our home prior to retiring So we called window companies and one being Window World after talking with these window companies we had decided the salesman at Window World (Lee C***) was straight up, answered our questions, brought in the product for us to view As for the other window companies we had to ask if they would like to bring their product into our home so we could see and both said, oh Ok Really you don't goe on a sales call and not bring your product you are representing into the potential buyers home
Anyway, we decided to go with Window World and this was the best decision we could have made The windows were of the quality that our salesman Lee C*** said they were and the installers Dennis Srand Dennis Jrwere just awesome They t*** their time and was very particular about the window alignment, etc
We have decided to have the rest of our windows done in our home after this wonderful experience the first time To be quite honest that was the whole objective to have 1/of the home done and if the installation and the quality of the windows were what we were told they would be we would finish the rest of our home Well the commercial you hear on the radio that Window World prides themselves on the quality we can attest to that My husband received a call the day the windows were being installed and the young lady asked if everything was going OK and then the following day she called checking on the completion of the job Their CS is wonderful it would be nice if more companies did that

This is the 2nd time we have used Window World to replace the windows in our homes, they just installed new windows in our current home and without doubt, these guys are BRILLIANT We had Dennis & Dennis come out, they were EXTREMLY professional,courteous and clean They installed all the windows beautifully They showed us how to operate them and cleaned (even better than I would) up afterwards GREAT Company to do business with We will NOT use ANYONE else We would recommend them HIGHLY!
I just recently had all of my windows replaced in my home in Tempe by Window World After researching companies and speaking with neighbors they endorsed Window World and I can understand why The service was excellent and the pricing was well below what I had received from less than comparable companies Their Lifetime Warranty is beyond reproach and I know why *** *** endorses You won't be disappointed if you use them PS I also had a patio cover installed by their sister company and that was superb Great business and customer ethics

I ordered a sliding glass patio door from Window World in late JanSeven (7) weeks later installer arrived with door that opened in the wrong direction.Three (3) weeks after that installer arrived with right door, but the wrong colorBottom line, 1/months and $later I have my new sliding glass patio door.....it's just ok, nothing special!

Salesman was very honest and straight forward, main office was always pleasurable to speak to as far as production and time of installation The installers did a great jobwindows and a sliding door in hours! Taught me all the tricks of the windows.....we wizzed around the outside and then through the inside...he had me sign off some paperwork and away they went! Well, after they left I started finding their power drink cans on the furniture throughout the home, I went to dump them down the kitchen sink and find that our new Kohler sink has huge deep scratches in it So when the gal from the office called for my credit card info I told her of this Later I get a call from a guy that says he'll look into a way to maybe buff them out......never heard back from them So bottom line! Windows are great! But don't be rushed to sign paperwork ....look at EVERYTHING!

We had seven windows installed in August, and even though the installation itself went smoothly and the windows looked great, my new inside-mount blinds would not fit I live in an older brick house that had casement windows and a sloped outside window sill, as well as tile on the inside of the windows that was pretty fragile After writing a rather terse letter to the company, the installation manager called and arranged a meeting Not only did he show up, but the salesman, the installation supervisor who was on-site, and the owner of the company came as well They all brainstormed and came up with a solution to my problem Shortly thereafter, the installation crew was back again, removing and reinstalling the windows They did so without breaking any of the plaster, brick, or tile
In this age where it seems you have to fight for everything, this turned out to be a pleasant surprise I will call them again when I am ready to order the other windows for my house, and will certainly recommend them to others

I earlier submitted a Neutral review for how the crew left cans on furniture and the scratches in our new SS Sink Keith from Window World called me when he got wind of this and he immediately wanted to take care of this issue, They did come out and make things right and I applaud them for that, There was obviously some communication gaps and that was a misfortunate thing to have happen I tried to undue the earlier rating but it will not let me, so this is the only way I see fit to make this right
Had a patio door installed in our home on 12/3/and after installation was done and I was asked to review install to my satisfactionAt that time there was a scratch on the sash side so they had to order a new one and also a new screen door since that was broken coming off of their truckAbout a couple weeks after that noticed that at the bottom of both glass panels the seals were droppingCalled Window World and then Keith was scheduled to come out and take a lookUpon his arrival Keith stated that he did not know what the problem was, proceeded to take pictures and stated that he would contact the manufacturer and let me know what they will doAfter not hearing from him from two weeks I called and he said oh we are going to replace the glassI told him that is not what you told me last time you were out here and that I was never advised about thatHe then said the replacement panels should be there next weekSecond install to replace both panels - permanent side was replace
I had windows put in last March 2017, from Window World, and I am very pleased with the windows and the company The people who put them in were very nice, polite, and cleaned up after themselves
I had a young man, named Ron, come out today, because I was having a problem getting the screen out so I coukd clean the window This young man was very pleasant, polite and knowlegable about the windows He gave me tips on how to put the window in and out, which the installers told me, but I forgot I had a screen which the painter dripped paint on and Ron changed it for me I am very happy with Window World and how they got back to me right away when I called them
