Better Business Bureau:It's a crying shame they don't answer phone call messages and their email box is full Their clothing looks as if it would have been perfect for my wedding, but I don't wish to work with people who don't respond when their is difficulty with a purchase They say they didn't hear from me I disagree "STRONGLY" I called everyday, twice a day for up to days and emailed them just as much The emails came back"undeliverable" because their box is full They need to work on that! I Just checked my bank account and they have issued a credit THANK YOU Revdex.com for your assistance in getting this problem solved I don't agree with the businesses response, that they didn't hear from me, but since they did cancel the order and issued me a credit for the full amount, in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]
