We have reached out to the customer and left a voicemail to discussThe person she was trying to contact is no longer employed with our company

We had already spoken to the customer before being made aware of the complaintWe had agreed to refund the customer the different that she states we are not refunding in the complaintWe have already started the refund process, along with allowing the customer's reselection of product

This customer sent us an invoice created for the replacement of the window frames that were drilled intoWe agreed to waive that amount on the customer's invoice from the customer's balance due to us to cover the cost of repair to her window framesThe customer refused to pay the remaining balance and refused the compensation amountThis has been turned over to collections for the full amount the customer signed for and agreed to pay originally since our offer of compensation was declined

A member of our team reached out to this customer via email yesterday, 12/22/2014, in order to rectify these issues

In the original complaint the description of the resolution desired for was for reorder of new product and a refund of the differenceWe have agreed to do both

We are determined to make this situation rightThe customer is now scheduled to have this taken care of

We have been in contact with the customer, and as of 3/the customer and Day Blinds have come to an agreement regarding compensation
