Thank you for contacting us regarding the complaint about our recently rented cabinBelow is the response we would like to post on your website; please let us know if there is anything else that we need to do Thank you, [redacted] RESPONSE: We would like to respond and state that we are very disappointed to receive our first negative review regarding any of our cabin propertiesWe strive to ensure that our cabins are in the best shape possible for our customers, and we are proud that we have many repeat renters who return to our properties to enjoy the beautiful scenery and solitude year after yearIt is important to note that that scenery and beautiful, rural, locations do make the occasional insect or cobweb inevitable; however, most of our clientele are avid outdoors-people who understand that renting a redwood summer camp built in the 1950s will not be the same as renting a hotel room in a city and are very pleased with our accommodationsLastly, we would like to mention that the above customer did not ask for a refund until she had stayed for two-thirds of her reserved time and that we offered to call her back after we determined what could be done regarding a refund
