Very kind and courteous, and the work that they do is just remarkable. I highly recommend Alongi construction for a job done great!
the son of the owner of this business, is performing work under this business name in Michigan. A quote was given in the amount of $250 to install a hand rail for a one step porch. An initial payment of $125 was taken by ***. The next day, he called to raise the price, at which time it was decided that the job would be cancelled. *** agreed to return the initial payment within the hour, but did not. Since that time we have called daily to inquire about our refund and he refuses to take our call.
I called and spoke with Mrs. ***. I informed her that *** has not worked for *** Construction since August of this year. He falsely used one of his old business cards to advertise his services. I sent her a refund check in the amount of $125.00 Certified Mail. She was relieved and happy with the outcome of the situation. Please call me if you need any other information.
