[redacted] purchased the Honda Odyssey on 11/12/The vehicle was an vehicle but we gave her a 3month/3k mile guarantee on the ENGINE and TRANSMISSION I personally drove the vehicle myself and never had any hesitations or issues with the engine or transmissionI drive an Odyssey daily and everything about her Odyssey drove with no issues at all She reported a transmission issue before the warranty expiryAfter inspection we were told the vehicle was likely driven in the wrong gear at high speedThis was customer inflicted damage to the transmissionIn good faith we still sent the van out for repair We paid $to [redacted] transmission repair shopHe warranties his own workIf there are further issues with his work, the customer should be taking it up with his shopHe did get the van back to repair it againThe customer is still not satisfiedOur dealership held up our guarantee Not only did we repair the transmission, we paid $to fix the radio in her van even though it was not covered under her warrantyWe have gone above and beyond to satisfy this customer We also loaned her a van to drive while her van was being repairedThis van came back to us in bad shape mechanically and had no issues prior to her driving itI myself drove that van before she did as well Everything we did after the first repair was OUT of her warranty and she drove it many many many miles beyond warranty (She put 5k miles on it) We paid for a diagnosis at a [redacted] dealership and we were told the customer was not maintaining the vehicle very well and that the brakes were in very very bad maintained conditionShe wanted us to cover the brakes even though that too was from customer inflicted damageWe declined to cover it In addition to all of this, the customer WAS offered a full refund in the very beginning when she first complained even after we knew it was customer inflicted damage to the transmissionShe declined to get her money back and go elsewhere If the car was not repaired correctly the first time, I am not sure how she put so many miles on the car after the repair See attached documents Kindest Regards, [redacted] ***Wholesale Direct LLC
