Dear Sir or Madam,We want to express a sincere apology to our customer for the unpleasant experience with usI would like to address the two issues that happened on JulyFirst of all, service animals are allowed within our premises,but we do not permit eating and/or drinking Employees did not see the dog drinking from the cup; therefore pet owner was not notifiedOtherwise, staff would discreetly speak to pet owner.and remove dishesAll dishes and tables are cleaned and sanitized after use by all patronsSecondly, upon a thorough investigation, the credit card was mishandled and dropped, and later found on the floor under cabinet behind counter Unfortunately, the management and staff did not provide the customer service that we strive for and the issue has been addressedWe would like to thank our customer for bringing this to our attentionWe appreciate any andall comments and complaints to ensure satisfaction with our guests Again, we extend our sincerest apologies and hope to have customer return to an enjoyable experience
