Dear Sir or Madam,We want to express a sincere apology to our customer for the unpleasant experience with us. I would like to address the two issues that happened on July. First of all, service animals are allowed within our premises,but we do...

not permit eating and/or drinking.  Employees did not see the dog drinking from the cup; therefore pet owner was not notified. Otherwise, staff  would discreetly speak to pet owner.and remove dishes. All dishes and tables are cleaned and sanitized after use by all patrons. Secondly, upon a thorough investigation, the credit card was mishandled and dropped, and later found on the floor under cabinet behind counter.  Unfortunately, the management and staff did not provide the customer service that we strive for and the issue has been addressed. We would like to thank our customer for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate any and. all comments and complaints to ensure satisfaction with our guests.  Again, we extend our sincerest apologies and hope to have customer return to an enjoyable experience.
