Review: Last year I went to these criminals to get laser hair removal done. I paid for 6 sessions, which she guranteed I would have a clean back. Sure enough there was zero results, and it appeared I had more hair than I did prior to starting. After complaining to the several people the owner finally sat down with me and said that I could pay a flat fee, and have unlimited use. There was no time frame for which it would end - she said I could use it forever. Everything was going well, until I heard her screaming at employees and other customers at which point I brought up my agreement with her to the manager along with woman who would personally do my sessions with me. It was documented in the computer that I had unlimited forever, and there was no more concern. A month after that (beginning of september) the owner called me on the phone to tell me I was no longer aloud to come to her spa because I was a "sg taking advantage of her". So I told her it was in writing that I could come unlimited and the manager and my personal spa assistant were all aware that she made the deal, to which she responded they aren't the boss, I can change things whenever I wnat because it is my business. I instantly contacted the lady who was doing the work on me and she acknowledged that I had the unlimited deal and if necessary in a civil court she would be on my side, along with the manager. Please help me get my money back! People like her should not be aloud to curse at customers and employees and than rob them because they are in a bad state of mind!!Desired Settlement: Unfortunately there was no criminal lawsuit I could file, because I already tried. I will be expecting a full refund from what this horrible business owner did to me, and I am sure many others. She should lose her license to do treatments on people due to her lies and abuse that I have personally received from her

Response:

In this response I would like to show a breakdown of how every procedure happens here at Alora Ambiance Spa. When the client comes in for their first appointment, they are given a consent and waver form to fill out and read to understand their treatment. The esthetician then takes the client to their designated rooms and begins treatment. Clients need to scheduale and maintain their services in order to see progress. Treatment is not guarenteed to completely remove the hair - which clients are made fully aware of varbally during consult and in the consent form they are required to sign. This particular client came in on March 6th, 2013 for a consult and had paid for the laser hair removal package of a Men's Full Back, which includes six visits - he had also started treatment that day. After first initial visit every client is given an "after care" sheet that breaks down how to maintain your results outside of treatment. He was seen throughout the next five months and had completed his package of six visits September 17, 2013. He was not satisfied with the result so I had suggested that instead of doing the touch up package that includes an additional three visits that he buys an "unlimited" package which is a package of eight laser hair removal treatments - a flat fee that does not have a deadline of use to continue treatment. Client had started the second package of treatment on November 9, 2013 and had scheduled accordingly throughout the next several months ending treatment on August 19, 2014. After his appointment I let him know that his package had ended where he reacted in an unfavorable manner of cussing, screaming, ect. which is why the client was asked to no longer come for services at this spa or either of the other two locations. No treatment is guarenteed there are several factors that make up how well treatment works such as; genetics, weight change, lifestyle ect.. No one person has the same result as another and again is completely made aware to each client that steps through our doors - it is also spelled out clearly in the consent form each client signs before treatment. It is unfortunate that this client was unsatisfied with his results, but if he handled the situation more accordingly and communicated his needs in a more favorable manner we would have been able to serve him better and hopefully would have been able to uptain the results he was looking for. We have a strict no refund policy because the treatments are not guarenteed. If a client is unsatisfied we are more than willing to work with them on a one-on-one basis to achieve results that our clients are looking for.

Response:

I am rejecting this response because:

Im not sure which language the employer or employees speak at alorha spa, but when someone says UNLIMITED and I ask " so I can come as many times as I would like", that means infinite not 8. [redacted] , the second girl who was working with me along with the day manager were also very well aware of the package I was receiving. What am I missing here, in the response it even says unlimited. I hope the Revdex.com can point me in the direction of a civil court because this is rediculous
