Review: I was told that photofacials could improve some skin issues I was concerned about. The esthetician told me that a package deal would be better than single treatments. I bought a 6 treatment package for $1100.00 and booked my first treatment for a few weeks later. The next day (Sunday) I regretted having spent so much so Monday (next Business day), I called for a refund. Was told had to speak to owner and she would not be in until the following week. I left message and immediately put in a dispute on my credit card. When I called back the following week was told by the receptionist to inform me that there is a no refund policy. I was not told this at the time or purchase, nor did I sign any contract. It has been 2 weeks and credit has still not been posted to my account.
