Review: It was impossible for me to contact this co. within thee trial period; they did not answer their phone and they had no mailing address on the web site. On May 27, 2013 I gave this co. my Visa number so that the mailing costs for the trial/samples of Lorelia and Alore (they are the same companies) could be sent to me. On May 27th I received an e-mail from the company stating that if I did not receive the samples within 5 days I should contact them. As the product was being mailed from the U.S. I was not surprised I did not receive the samples until June the 4th. I did not call the company; the company did not tell me that in order to extend the 14 day trial period I had to call them within this five day period.
The 14 day trial period started on May 27th. This surprised me. I called on June 8th and 9th many, many times and there was no answer. I called again on June 14th, 15th and 16th - again, no answer. Visa also called this company on |June 14 and there was no answer.
Finally on June 17th I reached the company and successfully cancelled any future orders. On June 12th this company charged my Visa $99.02 for Tryalore and $101.64 for Lorelia. On June 15th, Visa put stop payments on any future charges and I cancelled my Visa card (a new one was issued). The company claims they are open 24 hours a day seven days a week. This is not true. It was not possible for me to cancel my order; I could not return the goods as they would not give me a mailing address.Desired Settlement: I hope to receive a credit of $99.02 from Tryalore
Review: Alore advertised on FaceBook (and yes perhaps I should have known better) ... they offered a free trial of a skin care product where only the shipping would be charged to my credit card ... however ... in addition to the shipping costs my credit card was charged $94.28 in December 2013 and $94.28 in January 2014. I have emailed Alore with my complaint and have asked to have my money returned and asked them to cancel any future shipments and/or charges to my credit card.
I have received two samples one in December 2013 and one in January 2014.Desired Settlement: Alore to stop shipping product and to stop charging my credit card.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: PLEASE NOTE THAT I WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE BY EMAIL/PHONE UNTIL FEBRUARY 26TH, 2014
