Review: Alorica charged me for a 'Debt Protection" on my [redacted] credit card statement for the previous 7 years straight. Upon calling them to find out where this charge has come from, they were unable to find any record of authorization of this charge on my behalf. I never authorized the charge, and requested a refund as this is not authorized. They declined, and stated they would need 30 days to review and will send me a resolution in the mail.Desired Settlement: Based on final review of all 7 years of unauthorized charges, I would like a full refund for all charges (roughly $25/month). Requesting, based on final review, roughly $2400.
