We’ve issued a full refund for this order and we apologize for the frustrationWe make it our mission to respond to all customer inquiries in a timely basis, but unfortunately human mistakes do occurThe email that was sent on April 19th was filtered into our spam folder, which we’ve now disabled
so this doesn’t happen again
We’ve since reached out to this customer and have happily resolved this situation
