We’ve issued a full refund for this order and we apologize for the frustrationWe make it our mission to respond to all customer inquiries in a timely basis, but unfortunately human mistakes do occurThe email that was sent on April 19th was filtered into our spam folder, which we’ve now disabled
so this doesn’t happen again
