I agree with the previous reviews. Purchased Energizer Solar Lights from QVC. These lights lasted about one month, slowly each one faded out. Did not get any help from the company
Also I ordered them in blue and the paint chipped off. Would like a refund, but doubt I'll be getting that!

Review: I purchased 20 solar lights that this company provided to HSN. I purchased them in September of 2013. As you know it was a brutal winter. Finally getting nice enough to put them outside. I opened first box..as I only wanted to do front of my house. A stake was broken. I called and a very nice woman suggested I open other box as well. I wasn't ready to do the back of my house..but I opened the box. Three of the lights do not work. I called again...got a man that told me to change batteries. I did not find this acceptable. It states on information with lights special batteries are required. I do not feel something brand new out of a box should require me going to a store and buying special batteries for something that had faulty batteries sent with them in the first place. I asked for a supervisor. I got [redacted]. She spoke over every sentence I tried to get out. Not sure how she knew what I was saying..as she spoke at the same time as I did. I asked for her supervisor...claims she doesn't have one. I stated I didn't want whole new light...just the top. [redacted] stated if sent will not include battery. What is the point then. UNBELEIVABLE!!!Desired Settlement: I just want my solar lights to work. I need new tops or new batteries. Something brand new out of the box should be working!!!

Review: I purchased some Led, Solar, Landscape lights one puts along a walk area or drive, etc., etc.

The people handles said lites.

The package, came with 6 lights. Enclosed is one of the tags that came with said lites

I ‘ve had for 6 t0 8 weeks, had trouble, with lites going out and moister getting inside them. I am enclosing a tag off one of them.

I called this company I think, three times, once I think was someplace over in Illinois, the other two times were 1-800-71 1-1585 there in Calif, at the below address.

I explained the problems I was having, etc. etc. Finally somebody did call me and was supposed to send me some parts or whatever about 4 weeks ago. N O T H I N G.

You have heard the old saying, ‘the customer is always right’ . . . . . .WRONG, most of the time, from my living and being in business, MOST of the TIME, THE CUSTOMER doesn’t have any idea of what they are talking or complaining about. I really don’t believe this is the case from my watching and using these lites. When they don’t run as long as they are supposed to, and water drips inside same.

I bought these lites about 100 miles from Where I am at. When I bought said lites, they did look alright and the price on them, should be pretty good lites. Supposed to lite for 8 hours, they don’t. $5.00 each.

My thoughts on these are they are junk, not built to keep out moisture. My opinion, of course.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I ordered 4 sets of bronze HGTV HOME Adjustable Solar Spotlight/Floodlight 2-pack on June 19, 2014 from Home Shopping Network (HSN) in the amount of $232.84. 1 set of lights stopped working 2 weeks later and I called HSN and they sent me another set. A month later, I noticed several other lights stopped working and were blinking all night, so I called HSN and I was told to send the products to the vendor Alpan Lighting Products because it had been more than 30 days. On October 20, 2014, I called Alpan Lighting Products and told them the situation and they sent me a UPS label to send the lights to them. The lights were shipped and received around November 3, 2014. I called Alpan Lighting Products customer service line and was told that there was a backup on orders and I should receive the lights in December 2014. I called again around December 17, 2014 and inquired on the order status and was told again that I was next in line on fulfilling the order and I should receive the lights in January 2015. Once again I called on January 26, 2015 and was told that there is still a back order and that I could have a replacement that has wires connecting them and they have no idea on when the order will be filled. I left a message supposedly with the vice-president for a return call but I know that is not going to happen.Desired Settlement: I just want to resolve this issue by receiving a refund since I can not receive the product that I paid for.
