NOT EVEN 18 MONTHS OLD AND USED A FEW TIMES AND NOW NOT WORKING. NO LIGHTS NO CHARGE NO NOTHING
I bought this Apatronix charger BX132 for my iPhone 13 Pro since I travel a great deal for work. 18 months later-Now not working, no charge, no lights no nothing. I would have expected a better product and longer life cycle since it was used infrequently.

Revdex.com: This is all correct the problem was they were out of stock so I couldn't buy a replacement and couldn't be without the case for a week or more not to mention they wanted me to jump through hoops to return the product Anyway replacement received you can close this

Alpatronix stands by their products and offers a one year warranty with all new products We offer the same warranty, policy and procedure to all of our valued customers *** *** gave us a call on August 2, stating that his battery case was no longer working properly,
customer service helped him troubleshoot the issue with no success He was then offered a replacement under our one year warranty and the entire process was kindly explained to him over the phone At first he was concerned about he process and leaving his phone without a case, but was informed that the process is very quick and painless He said that he was going to buy another case and have the one he was going to exchange as backup, so when he ended the call he seemed satisfied with the whole process After sending him the email with the address and instructions on how to send the case back for exchange, he immediately responded back threatening that if we did not change our policy and procedure for him he was going to report the company to the Revdex.com That is exactly what he didSince the complaint was filed, we have reached out to the customer, and have sent him a replacement included with return shipping for his current unit The email thread containing the correspondence between the customer and Alpatronix customer service is attached and in the thread you will also find the tracking number for his replacement His request has been fulfilled

If the headset wasn't sweat proof they should have never stated the activity on their advertisement. Additionally they should have warned me the first time that I returned the set accordingly. I purchased this product under promises and due to advertising. I still demand my money back or a replacement set
