Very little of Ms. [redacted]'s narrative is accurate. She did call us a couple of days before a Holiday performance in Miami, OK (35 minutes away from our location in the neighboring state) to record "a portion of the performance being...

presented at the Coleman Theater" that night. This written note was conveyed to me and I called Ms. [redacted] back to go over the details. I asked her how long her section was to be that night and she said that she expected her portion to be 45 minutes. I explained that an hour of our time on location in Miami, OK would cost $250. She agreed to the cost and said that she would be in touch to confirm the booking and give us the time we should be there.
The next day her mother called and said she wanted us to be there and ready to begin at 7:00 p.m. We arrived at 6:35 p.m. and set up in the balcony for the performance. The audio feed was provided directly to the camera via performer's sound engineer. After the first half of the show at exactly 8:00 p.m. - one hour after the show had begun.
The cost conveyed and charged to Ms. [redacted] was not only fair, but in keeping with our standard billing policies. The performance was given to her in full HD format. Any audio issues can only be attributed to the direct feed from the performer's provided sound feed.
There will be no refund given. This has already been expressed to Ms. [redacted]. I regret that she did not have a full understanding of the cost and time involved. I feel that her lack of communication and response when trying to book the event contributed to the misunderstanding.
We have been in business for 15 years and continue to offer the highest quality products and services to a local and national audience.

It is unfortunate that Mr. [redacted] will not take any responsibility for his verbal agreement with me, nor the confirmation of the arrangement made by my mother and his secretary. I stand by my complaint and would not recommend this business to anyone in the entertainment industry. The product I received reflects the poor quality of Black Dog Video and Audio's work. It would be apparent to a viewer watching this video that this was not professionally done. Thank you for hearing my complaint.

I do not accept this resolution because it is not a fair resolution. If anyone would like to see the quality of their work I would be glad to have the video available. A potential customer can judge for themselves. I don't think any more comments will be necessary unless you request them. This remains unresolved.
