I am rejecting this response because: They never installed the air conditioner correctly. Found out through another company that they put a kick start on the compressor on my brand new Rheem while it was less than 4 months old. Had a reputable company come fix my unit with $1600+ out of my own pocket to fix what they messed up and didn't know how to correctly fix. My unit is running now at 63 degrees at night with no freezing up issues at all since I had the other company fix it. I have contacted Rheem Corporate offices also. [redacted] said they never installed this unit in August 2014 and they had all their work trucks and crews from Alpha Air installing my unit. Yes, I used profanity after getting so frustrated. That is a lie that I take 20 minutes to get to the point, I am telling them everything that is wrong with my unit and that takes 20 minutes because they don't understand what they are doing. They argue with me the whole time making my explanation of the problem even longer. They also said Rheem is a piece of junk (I'm being nice of what they really said) and they are Rheem Dealers. Rheem Corporate knows of this. They are also secretly going through one of our mutual friends having him call us to ask what they can do to make all this go away. I DO NOT want them to contact me.

We have been in contact with this customer in reference to her concerns. We have explained to her several times that she cannot operate her air conditioning system at temperatures below 68 degrees and expect her systems not to ice up when outdoor temperatures are below. For example...
now in the fall when outdoor temperatures are below 70 degrees in the evening and overnight hours. We also have explained to her what needs to be done to correct drain issues. The last time we spoke to her she began using profanity towards my technician [redacted] at which point we suggested she get another opinion. Unfortunately, it takes her about 20 minutes to get to the point she is trying to make as she tends to repeat herself constantly and after awhile it becomes irritating. I have no problem trying to help this customer. The only way this can be done is to first recognize her HVAC system cannot operate at the temperatures she's running it at. Second work with us to correct drain issues. And last, conduct herself in a respectable manner towards us. As we will not deal with her or any customer that does not treat us with the same respect we treat them. Best Regards,[redacted]
