If the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]  On Wednesday April 8th I called Alpha Alarms LLC in the morning to find out the status of my complaint. I spoke to [redacted] and she told me I could email or fax my Power of Attorney, instead I decided to take it in myself. [redacted] copied the paperwork and said after she heard from the owner's she would call me back. On Friday April 10th I called for an update and [redacted] said she had not heard from owner's.It has been a week since I delivered the Power of Attorney they asked for in the complaint.I have done my part and I want to know if they are going to honor the FULL FORCE Power of Attorney and cancel this contract.[redacted]?
