October 3rd 2017 To Mr *** or Revdex.com person in charge. First of all my apologies for the delayed response, this letter dated August 17th did not reach me untill few days ago.I could not access without Revdex.com pass word, and I finally got access to it today October 3rdRevdex.com personell in the
future I would like to receive regular mailOur address is incomplete our suite is with out this piece of info our mail does not get delivered in this building. On June 6th 2017, Mr *** contacted Alpha Appliance with a refrigerator ice maker problem and freezer door problem, our technician went out to check and see what it was needed. Mr *** is right, the repair was done in two phases due to parts being back orders from factory which we have no control overWhen a part is backordered, it means that the supplier is temporarily out of stock of that itemWe in turn have to wait, until production of that item starts again or per chance one of our local resources has oneAt the time none of our local resources had any of the parts availableWe were all awaiting the production and shipment from the supplier. We have been in business years and we are not in the practice of ordering parts that are not authorized by customersMrSilverman's wife was there and agreed to the orderWe generally ask for customers to prepay special order parts to avoid problems like thisBecause Mr.*** are a return customer our technician decided not to collect prepayment, as a favor to them. Yes, Mr.*** did call a few times to check on partsOne of those times I, ***, did answer the phone, Mr*** was extremely rude, disrespectul and had a lot of untasteful things to say, along with a mouthful of threatsI for sure thought Mr.*** was calling another company to come and finish the jobSince that is what Mr *** said he would doIt came as a surprise that Mr *** called a few weeks after that incidentMr *** spoke with my assistant that time, and I agreed to allow our technician to go out and to finish the job, by then parts had already arrivedRepair was finished on August 14th 2017. On the 15th Mr*** called me complainig about prices and also saying the repair should have been done at no chargeMr.*** also informed me that he was an attorney and how hewere going to make our life misrable, and a whole lot of other things. We are a business and I am sure Mr*** being a business man himself understands that businesses need to make money to continue operating, so what ever prices they or any other customer may find on the internet it is not the price we sell parts for. There for there will bo no refund, as we did not deceive you or your wife at any pointBoth of Mr*** and his wife were informed about the costs on both repairs, before the parts were ever ordered. It's important to clarify that Mr*** was not charged the labor on the second service. We appriciate your business Sincerly***

I am rejecting this response because: We were told that there would be no charge for the second part of the repair, but there would be a small charge for the ordered parts.  Unfortunately we were wildly overcharged for the parts.  Many of the company's statements are simply untrue.
