I gave this one star, because I had to. They deserve ZERO stars. Terrible service company. Property Manager Shawn Thornton is rude, uncooperative and quite suspiciously when I was there to speak to her about my townhome purchase, no less than 5 other property owners called in to complain that their HOA dues were not properly credited to their accounts. Is this Incompetence? Misfeasance? Or Malfeasance. How many of these home owners now have to pay LATE FEES caused by the failure of the property manager to DO HER JOB correctly. I know for me, it's been 30 days since I purchased my town home and I still have no idea what utilities are covered, who to contact for exterior repairs, and NO ACCESS to the contractually prescribed COMMON AREAS. The Title Company sent the Closing docs over to Alpha - to her mailbox, that she DOESN'T MONITOR. I am reporting this business to the BBB and the State of Florida for investigation. If you are considering this company for property management services and you are an honest person - look elsewhere.
