Dear [redacted] , We apologize for the inconvenience that has caused you that we are going out of business. We let parents know as soon as we were informed, old as well as new students. In regards to complaint # [redacted] with the BBB the resolution is the same. As stated and signed... for you in the parent handbook the day of enrollment our fees and non refundable. You paid for two weeks that we are still offering our services and working as we normally do, which is what you paid for. However you decided that you did not want to bring your child anymore with us. As we discussed in the past, since you were the last enrollment we accepted, we were able to make an exception and that is why we are refunding you the amount of $245 out of the $400 dollars you paid. You are welcome to come and pick up your check on Friday the 18th at 11:30AM please. Thank you and have a great day. ***.

I am rejecting this response because:
*** stated that they informed parents the facility would be closing permanently on Tuesday March 8thShe did apologize that they did not inform me the same day they informed ALL of the other parents, she did state that they "forgot." If she had informed that the facility was closing at the same time she informed all of the other parents, my child would have never been in there careTherefore I would have gotten a full refundI did let *** know that I would pay for the one day she was in there care but I DO NOT agree to paying an $registration feeShe told me that she is charging me at the rate of a drop in student but when we signed enrollment paperwork we signed with the intention of my child being a full time studentI should not be charged the "drop in" rate that I never agreed to*** and her employees at Alpha Bilingual were deceitful and misleading from day The secretary told me on Wednesday March 9th that they did know they facility would be closing and that is why they informed parents on Tuesday March 8thSo When I enrolled my child on Monday march 7th, THEY KNEW they were closingbecause they shared that with everyone but me the following day.
