Office staff was able to arrange an appointment for the next day, which was much appreciated The arrival time window was hour (unlike the hour windows that some service businesses give) Dustin and Diyako arrived on time They provided a quote and a time estimate and then they did a good job cleaning the ducts and the dryer vent They were personable and professional They told me when to replace my furnace filter They even put my washer and dryer back into place I would use these guys again

Had our furnace and duct cleaning done today with Alpha... Dustin was the technician on-site and he was great - even spent extra time to attend to a connection problem on the furnace. Dustin was highly professional, kept me entirely informed about what he was going to do and how, and after he left there wasn't a trace of him (some furniture had to be moved away from vents and it was all as-it-was). We will most definitely call on Alpha again.
I've my air vent, duct and furnace cleaned today. All the odor and rotten smell has gone now. I've asked for extra cleaning in the crawlspace where there is lots of mice poop. Dustin and Jazz have done a professional and reliable job. I think I will hire Alpha again for my next furnace cleaning.
