Review: Alpha Fence has completed a fence and a gate at my property in August 2013 (work order [redacted]). Since the work was completed - paint has been chipping off the painted gate among other problems. I contacted Alpha Fence to ask for repairs through the warranty & they have agreed to do them. However, nothing is being done to actually make the repairs. I have been in contact with Alpha Fence for the last 2 months and I constantly get excuses when I try to follow up.Desired Settlement: Alpha Fence repairs the gate in a timely manner or reimburses me fully for the cost so I can have the work done by a different company.

Review: 50% Deposit was taken, 10% up front and 40% on the day the job was to initiate. No materials have been delivered and no work started. Call backs are rare at best, and several new dates have been agreed to for delivery of materials over a 5 week period.Desired Settlement: Immediate return of all payments
