I met with the home owner & the builder to look at what the homeowner said was discoloration in the patio. When we looked at it, you could tell that something or someone had scratched the surface of the patio causing large marks through out. The...

homeowner then said that their dog had been on it and caused some of the scratches but she didn't think the dog had done all of it. After talking to the color supplier and telling them what happened, they would not help with fixing the problem. Unfortunately I cannot absorb the cost to fix the patio either after seeing what happened to it.

We as the homeowner said it was possible the dog had done some of the scratches but probably not since Alpha Constuction ([redacted]) scratched off color with his finger nail. The dog stays in the house most of the time. The color application was blotchy and off color from the beginning (June, 2014). This is not acceptable. I don't think application of color was applied/cured correctly. [redacted] will not answer my phone calls nor reply to my emails or phone messages. We have not put furniture or other items on patio so as not to be blamed for any discoloration. [redacted] said in April he would come back in 2 weeks and repair patio. We expect him to at least try to fix problems.
