Alpha Construction & Restoration

I called dry out system and they recommended alpha construction for restoration. I don’t really know anything about this things, all I want is to have It fixed as soon as possible. Igor Rubets was the one I talked to about matters. He asked me if I received anything from my insurance and I said yes that’s when they started working. He ask for some payment so I gave $10,000. When they were done, he texted me the amount I have to pay that was March 11. After 2days he stop by to get the check, but not the amount he texted me because he add some stuff that is not supposed to be and he said oh, your insurance will pay that separately and I said no, so he take it off. He called my insurance that is done bec. He wants the rest of payment from my insurance and to close the invoice. I texted him that I have questions about things that should have been done no response,text him again that we could close now but I need a walk through and he texted back that he will stop by the next day, until now he didn’t show up. Remove and replace vanity didn’t do and one more thing, this is so clear that this is fraud,saying it’s done to collect more money but when questioned they don’t want anything to do with it anymore. I wonder how many people they did this too and not knowing. I had them did my 3 bedrooms too my own money which I loaned. Not responding is a sign of guilt, I gave then a chance to to answer but nothing. How Could you have a business if you don’t have integrity and honesty. They might think I don’t know anything that’s why they did this to me or they are just plain greedy and opportunistic. I am a single mom, working in retail, working hard to provide for my kid and this business just don’t care and take advantage . They didn’t fix a hole on the ceiling bec not part of what to be done but how about the part to be done but didn’t do? If you don’t pay they’ll take you to court, how about you pay but they didn’t do what it needs to be done intentionally? I hope by filing this compkain they will answer.
