I returned product unopened. Received confirmation email. Was told that my money was refunded to my bank. Bank never received money.
I returned product unopened. Received confirmation email. Was told that my money was refunded to my bank. Bank never received money. That was on February 6th and my bank still has not received the money. When I call they blame the bank saying that they are holding up my money.That was almost 4 months ago and still nothing. I am out $89.99.
Return my money.

I have reviewed your account and it was successfully cancelled as of 01/24/18 and a refund was issued on 02/06/18 as a courtesy in the amount of $89.99 although we did not receive your product return. The credit shows in our system as processed successfully so I'm very sorry were unaware you did not receive the credit back to the card under which you placed your order. I'm also very sorry our Customer Support agents did not understand the issue.
We investigated the refund from the "back end" and determined there was a technical issue that prevented the refund from being successfully credited back to your account. I sent an eCheck to your email address 05/29/18 in the amount of $89.99 to resolve the issue.

Charged without agreement for subscription not indicated in contract
It was a promotional survey for Amazon.com. It offered you trial products but you only pay sipping. There was no contract or any words describe additional charge on webpage neither did the products came with any invoices or company information. Later found my credit cards were charged 2 amount for $87 to $89+ subscription fee.
To have refund and stop scamming people through 3rd party method to steal money from innocent people.
