I placed my order with promise of shipping in 1-3daysI received an email dated 12/19/with a tracking number that continues to say the item has not been received by USPSI have contacted customer service three times and been given a different explanation each timeI am concerned this is fraudulent as they received my money and tracking number shows nothing has been sent
It's been days since they took my money and the order number shows nothingTrying to get someone to help you is impossibleThey have still not replied to my emails
I ordered two separate orders with them on the same day. One order was regular shipping (4-5 business days), the other was overnight shipping. I received an email later that same day for each order telling me the order was complete and was given a tracking number for each order. Still have not received either order. I have chatted with them twice, and received different answers both times. The tracking number keeps saying "pre-shipment". I was told by customer service at Alpha Defense that my overnight order shipped out on Friday, even though the email said it shipped out Wednesday. I was also told they would refund my shipping charges. Chatted again the following Tuesday, and was told by Alpha Defense customer service that the order shipped out Monday and that I would have to show them proof that I paid for overnight shipping by taking a screenshot on my computer and uploading it to them (like they couldn't just look at the order???). I did that. I then had to show them proof that someone at Alpha Defense said they would refund my shipping charges. I did that. Whatever happened to doing the right thing by the customer? They expected my payment to go through, and it did. I expect them to hold up their end of the bargain. Have not received either of my orders, and, unfortunately, am beginning to believe they have never been shipped out in the first place. This company is a joke, from top to bottom. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. There are other companies that offer the same type of merchandise. Roll the dice with one of them.
If you do happen to have to contact their customer service, save your chat transcripts. It might just make sure they do what they say they are going to do.

Ordered and paid for 4 face shields a month ago and still have not received them.
Love the product. I will be ordering more.
