Alpha Dental made a huge mistake of having the insurance check sent to my homeWhich got to some-else's hand that now I'm also looking to fix that issueThat's not the caseI am aware that a check was sent out nonetheless it was not me whom cashed itI have proof. If this is the current bill why is it that on the credit bureau as of today's date the amount $hasn't been correctIt should have been since July 15, 2015. You offered me a discount of $toward my bill as a new patient then removed it ??? The bill should be $1,I never ask your company to remove my name off collection agencies Simply I ask for your business to be fair to reconsider the billing error since you never finished the process

The complaint was posted by *** regarding *** ***The claim was made that he came to get treated for a small chipped toothThis was inacurate - We have documentation + xrays to prove that the necessary treatment was mandatory Moreover , when the treatment was billed, he insurance
company did not deny any payments due to the valid documentation This patient has then collected payment directly from his insurance and never reimbursed the office for treatment It has been over a year since treatment ,multiple attempts have been made to contact the patient to no avail and eventually the matter had to be turned to a collection agency Due to this he has been posting claims over the internet to slander our business in order for us to remove his name from collections
