I called customer service for their company, which is a customer service company, not run by the Alpha company, I was told that since my day trial period was up I could not get a refund.They also wanted to charge me $to cancel my accountAbsolutely Ridiculous! Disclose clearly is the key term here- Normally when you are going to be charged additionally a legitimate company is upfront about itThe fact that your day trial is free and then you must pay would be made quite clear and you would have to agree to the terms and conditions before you sent in your credit card numberThis is not the case for the Alpha company who is clearly trying to hide the fact that they are running a trial conversion scam

Review: I ordered the trial version of alpha ripped pre workout and was told I would only be charged the 4.58 shipping and handling charge since it was a trial but 15 days later I was charged 180.00 and it was not stated when I ordered the trial version and nor will they issue me a refund and they said it was only a trial.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund my charges of 180 back to my account and delete my account since the product does not work at all.
