*** and Sons Auto Sales is a business and as such must protect itself from predatory borrowers; borrowers who take advantage of our easy lending terms--we do not verify credit, employment status or residency--by not making payments as scheduledWe provide a clear contract to all customers and ask that they sign and initial next to all financial agreementsCustomers are given the opportunity to read and ask questionsIf they choose not to that is there prerogative and we do not wish to patronize our customers by assuming we must explain every detailWe assume they are astute enough to not sign something they do not understand.All customers are given their personal belongings should they request themIf they do not request them or make known their desire to retrieve them we are left with the impression there is nothing in the vehicle they wish to retrieveWe hold all personal items for days

I have acknowleged that the contract was signed and understood, however; this was not the bases of my complaintThe complaint is of the DECEPTIVE common practice of *** and Son's merely to take consumers money only to restart the cycle againThe reviews are clear, this habit happens over and overIn my case, when I received what I considered courtsey call about the missed payment on 09/from Kyle ***, I made it clear that I had no idea , provided apologies and asked was he picking up the car today or tomorrowHe said "no"Thereafter, he explained the ttl as the reason for the escalated payment. I again explained it was inadvertly missedI asked why the information was not discussed at time of sale or listed on car, because I could have paid it at that timeHe advised, "it's in the contract you signed and I do not know what was discussed." I told him I understood that the contract was signed , I just simply missed the payment date and I expected the payment date 30days after purchaseI again asked Kyle was he picking up my car on today or tomorrow....he again said "no"The called ended with me saying I will be in first thing tomorrow (09/30) to pay itKyle *** said "OK"On 09/before 10a.m Scott and Son's repoed the car from my employerMy point being, I communicated with Kyle *** ,he understood It was simply miss communication from both partiesKyle *** lied to Revdex.com in his response,advising they believed I was going to skip out on payment as most of his customers doThey did not acknowlege the +TTL or 2week payment escalation on vehicle at time of purchaseSimply took my money and now I have nothing no car and no money to purchase anotherI visited the dealer on 10/to retreive the carI now have to presented proof of residence, employment, insurance, etcfor them to advise what they will charge to get the car backIt has been presented this morningBy the way since *** & Son's received this complaint on 09/30, ironically on 10/all cars on the lot displayed the down + ttl. No honesty anywhere!
