On February 11, 2015, we received a call from [redacted] stating that she saw a rat in her homeWe scheduled a time for a technician to come out on February 19, Our service Manager for the Seattle market, [redacted] (referred in account notes as ***), was the technician who came out to her house to do the inspection When he was out there he talked to [redacted] about what he found He said that he didn’t find any evidence of rodents inside her home There were no droppings, no gnaw marks, noevidence of entry/exit holes He said that he did find evidence of rat activity in her crawlspace, and he proposed that we decontaminate the crawlspace, to disinfect and deodorize the crawl, which helps deter any new rodents from trying to enter, and he also proposed sealing up some holes where they were able to get in under the house And he recommended bait stations in the crawl and outside around the foundation where he found the entry pointsThe chargesfor the services were as follows (Please also see Attached Invoice):The initial treatment for the Maintenance Service (PG365) $ The decontamination of the crawl space $189.00Sealing theDryer vent from rodent entry $ As with most rodent services, a maintenance plan was recommended, as they often take more than one treatment to completely eradicate [redacted] approved the maintenance plan and we set up the program to be quarterly (every three months), Billed monthly at $37/mo As with all of our maintenance customers, this included any in-between follvisits at no additional chargeWe would be happy to go back and solve any issues that she was having All these treatments and the charges involved were discussed with [redacted] and approved by [redacted] before services were renderedIn addition, [redacted] called [redacted] son, [redacted] ***, in California, who is responsible for her finances, and discussed the treatments and charges Upon talking to ***, he approved the treatments and charges as well, over the phone Our company policy is that payment is due at the time of service, but no payment was rendered that day, nor for the next months.Since we were scheduled to do maintenance service, no follservices were scheduled We rely on communication from our customers, and if we don’t hear from them, we don’t bother them We assume that the treatment is working But if we hearfrom a customer, we are happy to go out and do follservices as needed, at no additional cost We really do care that our customers are being taken care ofBut we didn’t hear from [redacted] again until April when we Thank you for your recent new message with Revdex.com in regards to complaint #[redacted].  I would so appreciate it if you would be willing to return about $200.00 of my money.  I have had to add new boards on the bottom of a number of my doors in order to keep that rat out of my house.  Also I had to close up a couple of places where he was coming up into my house in the middle of the night from the lower part of the house.  Then also his scratching on some of my rugs has caused me considerable work to try and smooth them down so they don't look so scratched up.  I would so appreciate your assistance in  this as the work you did for me did not help in any of this work or supplies.

Dear [redacted],Before offering any of our customers refunds, we would want to do everything possible to eliminate the pest situation, which, in your case, we believe we have. We have offered 3 free follow-ups and have been declined.
