Dear [redacted] ,In reference to your letter concerning Mr [redacted] ID [redacted] 0, I have spoken to [redacted] Owner of ***s Auto BodyHe stated that Mr [redacted] has an appointment for Wednesday Nov.9,2016, Mr [redacted] will contact me when the car has been taken apart enough to determine the cause of the damage, I will go to ***s Auto Body and if they feel that we could have caused the damage then we will pay the body shop directlyMr [redacted] was advised by myself to contact his insurance company concerning the damage and if they felt we damaged it then we would pay for the repair.Sincerely, [redacted] Service & Parts Director
