To clarify the response of Alpha Fence, the initial complaint was made as a result of a failure to communicate, not a failure to perform warranted workI was incorrect in stating the work should have been warrantedAccording to *** records, I attempted to call either of the two Alpha Fence phone numbers a total of times between June 30, and August 6, and actually talked to Alpha Fence on August 6th in which I was told his guys would be out the following week, which never happenedI failed to keep a record of e-mails sent
Upon filing this complaint on September 18th, I was contacted the same day by Alpha Fence who apologized for its failure to return calls and wanted to resolve the issueAlpha Fence performed the work less than two days later, but needed to finish the job the following MondayAlpha Fence never showed up on Monday and never contacted meI reached Alpha Fence on Tuesday and they apologized for the failure to call or complete the job the day priorThey completed the work once I provided them the address to my house againThey did a good job repairing the fenceI couldn't be more pleased with the product
I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

heads above water"Chad is very busy with managing all aspects of Alpha Fence CompanyThe use of email is sometimes a way that we prevent situations such as this from happeningOur email is checked multiple times per dayIn this case, the complaint to the Revdex.com was the first email that we saw via email concerning this issueWhatever the situation we are glad that we were able to work with Justin to resolve this issueMrD***'s complaint came in on the 18th of September, we were able to get over to his property to replace a post and pickets that were worn material at no costIn addition, we completed a couple additional repairs for MrD***We strive to meet and exceed the expectations of every customer both past and presentWe appreciate MrD***'s feedback and will be more diligent in attending to voice-mails that are received and hope that he is satisfied with the handling of this complaintThe original invoice is attached which states the warranty was for labor/workmanship not for worn material, although we completed the repairs at no cost
